Overview

Porto Salvo is one of the fastest-growing parishes of Oeiras, positioned within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area with direct access to the A5 motorway and immediate proximity to Taguspark, one of Portugal's leading business and innovation centres, home to multinationals such as Cisco, Dell and Microsoft.

The site benefits from an approved masterplan for 21 residential units across 7 lots: two apartment buildings of eight T2 units each over four floors, served by lifts and underground parking, and five individual T3 villas, each with dedicated parking. The plan also provides 12 public parking spaces and approximately 2,000 m² of landscaped green areas framing the development.

Location

Porto Salvo sits in the western corridor of Greater Lisbon, between the A5 and the Oeiras coastline, and has emerged as a technology-driven hub anchored by Taguspark. The plot occupies a consolidated low-rise residential pocket, bordered by established streets and single-family housing.

The masterplan organises the site around a central landscaped green area, with the two apartment buildings addressing the upper edge of the plot and the row of villas facing the green space.
