Positioned between Calçada de Salvador Correia de Sá and Rua de Santa Catarina, in the heart of Misericórdia, the building benefits from a dual street frontage, proximity to the riverside and to the Jardim do Alto de Santa Catarina, and good connectivity to the city centre.

The building will be redeveloped into 8 units: two commercial units on the ground floor and six apartments above, with one T1 and three T2 across the first and second floors, and two duplexes (T1 and T2) over the third and fourth floors, benefiting from river views. The two street entrances serve the building independently, removing the need for a lift.

Location

The plot runs between two streets, Calçada de Salvador Correia de Sá and Rua de Santa Catarina, giving the building a dual frontage. The upper floors look over the surrounding rooftops towards the Tagus.
